Is there any update on this? Are you able to verify =
our domain now?

 

Also, I think our host, rock.ghow.net needs to be added as an =
allowed or virtual host by the server because it’s showing the IIS =
landing page.

know that taking the groups field off the report solves the problem, but =
they are insistent that they need that field on there.  =

I was hoping =
upgrading to Rock 14 and switching to the Fluid engine would help with =
some performance issues we have been experiencing, but it has not.  =
 We are not seeing these issues in our development =
environment.  I’m not sure what the difference is.  =
 Here are some specific examples:

Creating a merge =
document from a report – Takes a couple of seconds in dev.  =
Runs for 15 minutes in production before timing out.  Rock is =
unusable while it is running.Adding a block thru the pages page.  Takes a few seconds in =
dev but times out in production.  Rock is unusable while =
trying.A workflow to create =
iCal subscription links to our Room Management calendars.  Runs =
quickly in dev.  We have let it run over 20 minutes in production =
before having to restart Rock to make it usable =
again.

 

In general, Rock is a little sluggish and we are more =
frequently experiencing Rock spinning for 15-30 seconds before =
processing simple requests.  Are our production and development =
environments on the same server?  Are there any other =
differences?   We are willing to pay more to scale up our =
server / database if you think that will help.  I can pay up to =
$200/month in hosting fees to help resolve these issues.  =
